Will the page quality be affected?
No. Merging simply combines pages — there's zero quality loss.
Can I reorder pages within the merged document?
You can reorder entire files before merging. For page-level reordering within a file, you'd need a PDF editor.
Does it work with encrypted PDFs?
Unprotected and view-only PDFs work fine. Password-protected PDFs that require a password to open cannot be merged directly.
